If you have a PPO or other plan with out‑of‑network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. Dr. Alana provides a detailed superbill after each session, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many patients are surprised to find that their out‑of‑network benefits cover a significant portion of the cost. For individual therapy, the intake session is 60 minutes at $300. Follow-up sessions are 50 minutes at $250. For couples therapy, the intake session is 75 minutes at $350 and follow-up sessions are 50 minutes at $300. If you are using out-of-network benefits, a superbill will be provided after each session so you can submit for reimbursement through your insurance plan.

A superbill is an itemized receipt that includes all the information your insurance company needs to process an out‑of‑network reimbursement claim — including the diagnosis code, procedure code, session date, and provider credentials. Dr. Alana provides superbills upon request, typically on a monthly basis.
